My Approach

I offer trauma-informed tele-health counselling for adults and couples, and have supported a variety of clients with a wide range of challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace, focusing deeply on listening, connection, and supporting each client as a whole person.

I work through an integrative person-centred approach, incorporating several evidence-informed therapeutic modalities. Our sessions are meant to focus on building a warm, safe and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, where therapy sessions are centred around your unique experiences, emotions, needs and goals.

Individual Sessions*

$150/ session
  • Initial Session: 60 Mins
  • Follow-up: 50 - 60 Mins

Couples Therapy**

$225/ session
  • Initial Session: 90 Mins
  • Follow-up: 75 - 90 Mins

Some clients may be eligible for private health rebates, depending on their provider and extras cover.

* Please note that time length and number of sessions may vary depending on therapy style required for individual client needs.

** Please note couples may require individual counselling sessions as part of couples therapy.
